When Nelson was 12 his father taught him how to drive the family car. Nelson would sometimes take the car out for a drive. When he was in high school ( 14 years old) he met a special Ed kid named Bob who suffers from mid retardation he's 20 and still in high school. Nelson is short and skinny, Bob is tall and fat. Nelson is physically vulnerable to Bob. Nelson liked Bob but he felt afraid of Bob because he was bigger and stronger then him, Bob would pick him up and poke his butt, this bothered Nelson but they stayed friends and got along well. Bob asked Nelson to drive him to the liquor store late at night to buy some cigarettes. Nelson agreed and Bob went into the store. After 30 minutes Nelson realized he really needed to use the bathroom. He tried to hold it but later he got out the car to search for a place to relive himself. When he finished peeing he came back and saw that Bob took the car and got into a car accident. Nelson started to cry and have a panic attack. The car is destroyed, and Bob is in a coma. who should be blamed?

Let's say your friends come over and your mom laughs at first then she gets shocked and asks. Oh, you have friends? These kids are your friends?

Your mom always told you, you were too ugly, you have too many pimples, and your too fat to have friends and you'd never find a person to love you because physically you didn't look good enough for anyone. Now she says their your friends because they pity you and they will turn on you in a heartbeat.

So what do you do?

I told my neighbor about my binge eating in confidence a few years ago. Besides her and a couple co-workers, my trainer, and psychiatrist, no one knows I used to binge eat, not even my own parents.

Her mom and aunt came up here this week (are still here) to visit. I met them and they're all really nice, but when they were eating dinner, she was telling them how much I eat and that I eat a lot, telling them I eat a whole pizza for one meal and saying that she could never eat as much as me and all the pop I used to drink and laughing about it. She knows I struggle with it and it's a way of my dealing with my bi-polar disorder, but I haven't binged in months because I'm trying to lose weight and I've already lost 13 pounds. I weigh about 168, 169 now and she easily is about 200-210. We're both 5'3. I wear a size 10 jeans and she wears I think a 14 or 16. She then told them I did it because of my last relationship, but I had actually been doing it at least since middle school because of my bi-polar and I told her that it wasn't the relationship.

I'm pretty pissed because I didn't go around telling my family and friends about the things that happened to her as a kid and her harmful tendencies because she asked me not to but it's quite literally taking everything in me not to say anything. I told her not to talk about my issues and it wasn't reciprocated. My co-worker thinks I should say something to her but I feel like if I did, I wouldn't be able to control my rage. My other co-worker said she is mad because I can eat way more than her and still not be as fat as she is and to not say anything.

Should I say something or just let it go?
