like you can be overall confident but sometimes have insecurities still?

does being confident mean you can never show insecurities? If so How would you know if someone is still confident despite their insecurities?

so for instance I feel generally confident but i still admit that there are a feel areas i get insecure about. Wheres the line for you between confidence and insecure to you? What do you think?

B) Your ideal body, or short, overweight, and ugly.
C) Your dream career, or "just a dead-end job" that gets you a mediocre paycheck every two weeks.
D) Two of the best, most loyal, most genuine people you could have as friends (your preference), or mere acquaintances you can't even trust.
E) Complete confidence and no insecurities about your personality and looks (happiness not guaranteed), or insecurities, fears, and doubt like everyone else.
F) Easy lotto jackpot win of millions of dollars, or lower middle-class for life.
G) Everything on the list is upgraded to a 4 out of 10 in quality and you get it all, but nothing is too great or fantastic.

I think I'd have to go with the soulmate. My life is already basically option G.
