It’s not because of fame, I wanted to be a voice for all Singaporean girls and women who had poor body image and think very lowly of themselves. Rights weren’t enough, not like in Western countries. We are treated not as equally as men because of the high cases of sexually harassment. I felt that men sexually harassing women should receive harsher sentences since they don’t take jail sentences seriously. Cases of outrage of modesty had increased and that is not good news to women and girls.
