Look up, "maingaining" on youtube. Life changer. Also, it seems like based on your body type, you need to lift heavy weights mostly (weights that you are only capable of lifting 4-6 reps at a time) for muscular growth, while focusing 6-8 rep range weights every so often.
You can hop on the surplus train for bulking up, but if you wanna be lean and ripped while you gain muscle, maingaining is the way to go.
What’s ur number?

If uon wanna drop it just drop info on the type of food you think I should be eating and I’m 6ft between 135-145 right now what u think the diet should be and how many calories
Unless you're vegan or vegetarian, just stick to lean meat like fish, chicken, turkey, etc.. Maybe eat red meat every once in a while if you want? I'd usually pair this meat with potatoes or rice and some mixed vegetables. Snack on fruits in between or have them with the meals.
As for calories, I can't say. I'm not an expert on that, but if you google a 'muscle gain potential calculator', that should help you calculate how many calories and macros you need for building muscle.
You’re at the baseline don’t worry about genetics just lift heavy in the gym and eat lots of calories and protein
I think you have a lot of potential. Just lift weights regularly, eat at a slight surplus (make sure to hit your macros), maybe take some creatine if you want and I’m sure you’ll blow up in no time.

Compound movements, a little controlled over training every now and then, calorie surplus, creatine and extra calories through drinking high calorie shakes. Full body workout one day on, one day off.
