Looks can be deceiving my friend. I've seen skinny men overpower bigger musclier men. Strength is in the mind and heart.. not the body.

Any workout that builds muscle whilst you decrease caloric intake whilst also eating healthily. It ain't rocket science, these new diets and workouts are just marketing bs.
Depends on how u look rn , id suggest have a lesser calorie intake and burn more calories , get more than 150grams of protein per day and do a lot of cardio

Well for starters you have to have his genes. And then I would say lots of cardio. With a low fat low carb diet. But again most of it will depend on your genes.
Doing lots of cardio but also work out with weights.
