What workouts do I do to achieve this look both are good the one on the right hit just a little harder



Lots of beer and video games.
The easiest would be 100 squats, 100 situps, 100 pushups, 10k a day.
Protein.
Work out like a mofo.
Have some discipline.

As the others said, those are women and not only are they women but they are world class track athletes. You’ll never have this physique
Unfortunately you can never look like that as they are both woman
You don’t those are feminine women
Diet and exercise.. and lots of cardio
