
How do I achieve this physique?

It’s good to have dreams but think about this: This guy can hire the best foods and nutritionists in the entire world, does not have to do house work, and can literally exercise for 10 hours a day and have special machines to help his body absorb it, we do not have those conditions so it might not be a realistic goal for us.
I would say a lot of dieting and exercise but it can be done. I want to be in shape but I don't know if I can dedicate that much time

That's like 3% body fat. If you don't eat perfectly and workout four hours a day you aren't going to get there. Not every body type can achieve that either. Genetics play a role as well.
Low fat diet, cardio and many reps with weights and drinking lots of protein shakes
