Chinese border force trying to conquer land of other countries because they think they can. so conclusion is nothing is good or bad in front of god's eyes it's just rules of human to maintain peace. by the way god is strongest , karma will punish bad people but I just discussed nothing is bad or good. I am confused here. if man murder someone then he will be sent to jail bcz victim's family can raise their voice. men are killing animals but no punishment. bcz animals can't raise their voices

An Oxford University student who stabbed her boyfriend could be spared jail after a judge said she had an "extraordinary" talent for medicine.

Lavinia Woodward, 24, who studied at Christ Church College, Oxford, stabbed her Cambridge-educated boyfriend in the leg on December 30 last year.

The pair had a drink and drug-fuelled argument, and Woodward punched and swiped at the victim with a bread knife. She then stabbed the man before hurling a laptop, glass and a jam jar at him.

The pair had a row, and when he threatened to call Woodward’s mother, his then-girlfriend punched him before picking up a bread knife and stabbing him in the leg.

The victim, believed to be a PhD student at Cambridge University, had begun dating Woodward earlier in the term after they met on dating app Tinder.

She admitted a charge of unlawful wounding at Oxford Crown Court and Judge Ian Pringle said the offence would normally mean a custodial sentence.

But he then deferred sentencing for a period of four months and hinted that she would not be jailed - because of her ''extraordinary'' talent.

He said: "It seems to me that if this was a one-off, a complete one-off, to prevent this extraordinarily able young lady from not following her long-held desire to enter the profession she wishes to, would be a sentence which would be too severe.

"What you did will never, I know, leave you but it was pretty awful, and normally it would attract a custodial sentence, whether it is immediate or suspended."

The court was told her college will allow her to return to in October because she "is that bright" and has had articles published in medical journals.
According to her Facebook page she attended Sir James Henderson British School of Milan, a £16,000-a-year international school in the Italian city. She left the school in 2011 and began her degree at Oxford in the same year.

There's a recent story about a Virginia man who was recruited and spent time with ISIS. However he realized he didn't want to be in the group, fled to Iraq and Kurdish fighters willingly allowed himself be turned into US law enforcement.

He will soon go to trial. He was offered various plea deals, all of which included jail time, but has pled not guilty. He was apparently just a gopher who cooked meals, cleaned and did grocery shopping among other things. When asked to be a suicide bomber he said no and soon left the group.
His defense attorney have stated:

On one hand i can see a definite reason for punishment as, even though he personally never harmed anyone, he did during his time aid (in some small way) to the terrorist effort... similar to aiding and abetting criminal activity or being an accomplice
However, on the other hand i wonder if a guilty verdict would deter others people in radical Islam from leaving it knowing that they will be punished even if they haven't personally harmed anyone.

Obviously this question is for guys living in countries where women are free and have the same rights as men, so the West, basically.

It's a hypothetical scenario, so imagine an oppressive culture, a true patriarchal culture, like the ones where women get sentenced to death for getting raped, or get abducted to become brides, takes over your country, and now women are second class citizens, but you, and the rest of the men, remain with the same rights and life you have right now.
Would you stand up against that culture in order to protect women and liberate them, or would you do nothing and enjoy being over them?

In this scenario, women who try to fight, get killed or sent to jail, so it's all up to men.
