So my friend has known him and his sister for 2 years. i just had met him. When I first saw him and his sister he stared without smiling and didn't say anything. I became best friends with his sister's friend so we started hanging out alone. She said that he kept flirting with her when she spent time with his sister. Later he asked for my phone number to meet up later (even tho my friend has a phone too) he touched my shoulder and said "thank you" he didn't ask for my friends number. When we left he said we should come to this college because he's coming. Does he like me?
