I suffered really bad panic attacks twice without realizing I was having a panic attack. I thought I was gonna die. I became sick and weak. I lost appetite. I started having severe constipation. I couldn't breathe. I had to constantly take deep breathes. I couldn't sleep because I was scared that I would die in my sleep. It was really bad. I was so paranoid about what's wrong inside my body. It was only after several tests that came out normal and a mental health counseling, I got significantly better. I realized that it was all in my head. I didn't know my mind could severely affect my physical body. I remember sitting on a chair absolutely weak and tired and thinking I was gonna die. I think it almost killed me. All of that would have never happened to me if I was aware that it was all caused by anxiety in the first place. If I ever get the opportunity to do something for the society, I want to spread awareness about depression and anxiety disorder. I would never wish that experience to my worst enemy. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Doesn't have to be ALL of these conditions, it could be just one of them because having all of the following would be very very rare...

- epilepsy (any kind, not just the stereotypical grand mal)
- add or adhd (type 1, 2, or 3)
- social anxiety (somewhat "severe")
- depression (past history of it)
- panic disorder (not "severe")
- diabetes (type 1 or 2)

the reason im only asking girls is not only cuz I'm straight, but also cuz guys tend to be more verbally agressive, rude, and hurtful with these kind of questions for whatever reason

He is currently a 21 year old college student, he doesn't currently have a job (he use to have a job) but he is going to college. His parents allow him to live with them as long as he goes to college. His father is 63 years old who plans on retiring in 4 years. This guy has a lot of pressure, he has to graduate from college once he turns 25, if he doesn't graduate he'll become a highway patrol officer.

This guy has generalized anxiety disorder and OCD. He wears slim pants (corduroys, jeans etc), he wears buttoned down long sleeve shirts. He is short 5'4" but he does stay in shape by exercising a lot. He does know how to defend himself both physically and verbally. He doesn't like real life violence, he is quiet, he is shy, he listens to orchestral music, his favorite song is Lili Marleen, he plays video games once in a while, he is a moderate/apolitical, he doesn't support SJWs, he doesn't like bigots. He is a Catholic but he isn't hardcore Catholic which kind of makes him a "non practicing Catholic". He is very polite, he has good manners, he is a animal lover but he isn't a vegetarian or vegan. He is straight/heterosexual.

He has a deep voice, he is of Japanese and Hispanic ancestry, he has a naturally large butt and since he does squats his butt is also muscular. He has some muscle mass and he has strong hands from doing hand exercises, a lot people say he is handsome which flatters him.
