I got a new boss a couple of weeks ago, and she's literally everything I despise in a woman lol. She thinks that it's empowering to be rude to everyone around her. She talks terribly about her husband. She talks terribly about men in general... tagged along with other people in the office. She's a huge democrat and clear feminist on top of this.

Today I had a doctors appointment and I was walking out the door early, and she practically slammed open the door and asked where I'm going in a ridiculously rude tone in front of everyone. I've been biting my tongue a lot, and I told her pretty firmly 'no' today. I told her you're not going to speak to me this way anymore. It's rude, distasteful, disrespectful, unpleasant to be around, and I refuse to deal with it. You will treat me with respect and I will do the same, and I'm not going to accept anything less. Everyone in the office is just looking at me like =O.

She attempted to humiliate me furthermore by saying I'm sensitive in so many words and joke it off. I tried my best to dismantle it by telling her she's using a bullying tactic to regain control of the situation, and it's not working. Told her the issue has nothing to do with me being overtly sensitive, and everything to do with you. I told her she's a poor leader if she actually thinks she can bully employees into working like this and I'll go straight to HR. She tried to make an example out of me and told me I'm not coming in tomorrow and I can't speak to her this way. I have to talk to corporate tomorrow instead of going in.

I know literally everyone in the office agrees with me, and I'm thinking about getting a poll and some signatures going stating that this woman is absolutely unbearable to work with. Everyone witnessed this whole little ordeal. I've attempted to speak to her about her behavior prior to this in private as well. If I lost my job over this, I'm not even going to be mad. I refuse to succumb to that kind of work toxic work environment.

As the New Year on Earth is getting close to changing, so will there be a New Year in Heaven and also a new name given to those who enter. So what are you hoping your Heavenly name will be and why?

Please explain why you hope it is that what! Also, if you want no entrance, explain why! If you want your name to be with numbers or symbols other than alphabets, please explain why!

Please share why giving us new Heavenly names that doesn't match our earthly name is important!

Many times people on Earth gets misnamed and I think in Heaven, our name will fit always because God knows what He is doing and knows what name we should have. What are your new name in Heaven views?
