anyways was watching one of my favorite childhood movies of all time Universal Soldier the other day. As far I remember I enjoyed watching this movie along with many other action movies for the sole fact that I always found action movies to be fun to watch. I never actually watched action movies because they watching them made me feel like a "real man."

nevertheless almost all the dudes I've met in my life growing up who enjoyed watching actions movies as much as I do always claim they like action movies because they believe that ALL MEN SHOULD ENJOY ACTION MOVIES. not sure if this is do to the existential crisis I been having but I just never understood how is can your gender influence your taste of movie, music, video games, etc.

to be honest I think people who think in such a way have some major insecurity going on in their lives. from my point of view if think you have the need to watch action movies because IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A MAN then by all means not only are you insecure but you're pretty much a victim/slave of all of society's obsolete means of control.

ps: I always noticed that women always tend to love these men the most, I'm guessing that is obviously because these men are very easy to control if they're already willing and take pride in submitting to society's obsolete means of control.
