So we met a very interesting way to say the least. He says he hired a matchmaker to find me. She called my work phone one day and after review she is very reputable. It’s kind of like a millionaire matchmaker type thing. I was very hesitant for a few reasons. The age gap is more than I would normally be comfortable with (17 years) and he is extremely successful. That is great I just don’t like the feeling when people can “buy” anything they want. So we start going on lavish dates and decently early he pushed sex. We went on about 8-9 dates and were seeing each other 2-3x per week when it finally happened. Since he expects to every time which is fine, but he had seemed a little less interested in me. He is always commenting on my appearance which is nice to hear, but at the end of the day I want to know I am the one he is interested in being around not just looking at. He got sick and for 2 weeks acted extremely distant. I took him gifts etc. Yesterday kind of out of nowhere he started asking all the things I liked as he wants to know so we can do them together and was very chatty, but then he said he had a work dinner. That’s fine, but I sent him a few texts and nothing. To give an idea I usually get 2-5 texts from him a day and the more I am around him the more his phone is around. Now he does work a lot as he owns a few businesses, but I’m not sure I’m the only one in his life. I just feel like I’m getting mixed signals. We have now been on about 20 dates over 2 months and are now on a schedule of 1-2 dates per week. How much am I overthinking this? I just keep coming back to the fact he hired someone, date 2 he said he put his matchmaker membership on hold, date 3 he told me he told his mom about me, he deleted his Instagram right after we started dating, but kept his facebook (we aren’t connect on). He has never said much of anything about his friends or me meeting them. He has never asked about meeting my friends. Thoughts?

The Gentleman in question thought he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl online. After walking over 300 miles, instead of getting coitus, he got arrested :(.

(CNN) A man walked from an Indianapolis suburb to Wisconsin -- a 351-mile journey -- to have sex with a person he believed was the 14-year-old girl he had been talking to on Facebook, prosecutors said.

Instead, 32-year-old Tommy Lee Jenkins had been talking to a Winnebago County Sheriff's deputy working with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, a statement from the US Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Wisconsin said.
He is charged with using a computer to attempt to persuade, induce or entice a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity, the office said, and faces 10 years to life in prison if convicted.

The law enforcement officer was posing as a girl named "Kylee" who lived in Neenah, Wisconsin, with her mother, the attorney's office said.

Jenkins accepted a friend request from Kylee's profile and soon began engaging in sexual conversations with her, asking her if she's had sex and requesting explicit pictures, a criminal complaint alleges.

In early October, Jenkins began asking the girl if she wanted him to come to Wisconsin. When she said yes, he later told her he had begun walking from Whitestown, Indiana, to where she was.

"I will tell you when i get to neenah 108 hours by walking," he said, according to the complaint.
Throughout his journey, Jenkins sent pictures of areas he passed, including photos of exit signs and selfies, the complaint said.

On October 10, he said he had made it to the state and that someone had bought him a bus ticket to get to the girl's town.

Authorities arrested Jenkins when he arrived, the attorney's office said.

Jenkins is scheduled to appear in federal court on October 23.
