I once argued online for three days during a super boring Summer with the head of the Grammar Police who found exactly two errors in a lengthy mytake I'd written. He corrected them in his opinion and then told me the take was riddled with several errors that were a detriment to his comprehension of the take. If the human brain can somehow manage to read and understand this...

...then I was pretty sure everyone who read what I wrote barely noted the few errors in the take, if at all. People will forever make the mistake of using "their" for "there," and vice versa. They may type so fast or hit the wrong button and a "the" becomes a "hte." I don't think those types of errors make one less intelligent or unaware, if pointed out, of the mistakes they've made. If you're part of the Grammar Police, why do you feel you need to do it all the time?

I'm bilingual so I actually have two mother tongues. I'm a bit if a grammar nazi, but I almost never correct people who is clearly not speaking their own native language. at least not in small things like grammar nazis do.

English isn't my native language and I do not speak it well. I see people correcting me here on GaG too. Kind of good to learn but on the other hand it is really annoying since I am doing my best. Of course some basic stuff I'll also want to correct (like your and you're, because that's just annoying).
