This girl was married to Wladimir Klitschko and had a child for him. During their 9 year marriage she got off on him punching and hurting her. The famous boxer was concern he would accidentally kill her if he continued giving into her demands. Things she would have him do includes: punching her in the face, choking her until she past out, slapping her so hard that she would begin to bleed etc.

She was also horribly abused by her father and forced to perform 'acts' with and for rich hollywood elites at these sex parties at a very young age... and then her parents would actively turn her out to Hollyweirds to secure roles. When she gave birth, she had to go into rehab facility for post natal depression, and then after, her and Wladimir broke up, she began drinking and gave him custody of the baby.

The reason her dad isn't in prison is the same reason a lot of other people in the industry aren't- they have the $$$ to grease palms with and the clout to have it go away. It's a well known fact that the DA, judges, cops, all of them in LA can be bought and sold for the right price (and some of them are even in on it themselves.)

How do you think these celebrities get away with robbery, rape, murder even, and still manage to get these embarrassingly light sentences? How do you think R. Kelly, Harvey Weinstein and the rest of 'em get away with it for so long? Celebrity idolatry and the worship of power and money.

Guardsman In Leak Case Wanted To Kill A 'Ton Of People': US

The Massachusetts Air National guardsman accused of leaking highly classified military documents kept an arsenal of guns and said on social media that he would like to kill a “ton of people,” prosecutors said in arguing Thursday that 21-year-old Jack Teixeira should remain in jail for his trial.
But the judge at Teixeira’s detention hearing put off an immediate decision on whether he should be kept in custody until his trial or released to home confinement or under other conditions. Teixeira was led away from the court in handcuffs, black rosary beads around his neck, pending that ruling.

The court filings raise new questions about why Teixeira had such a high security clearance and access to some of the nation’s most classified secrets. They said he may still have material that hasn’t been released, which could be of “tremendous value to hostile nation states that could offer him safe harbor and attempt to facilitate his escape from the United States.”
In Teixeira’s detention hearing, Magistrate Judge David Hennessy expressed skepticism of defense arguments that the government hasn’t alleged Teixeira intended leaked information to be widely disseminated.

“Somebody under the age of 30 has no idea that when they put something on the internet that it could end up anywhere in this world?” the judge asked. “Seriously?”
Teixeira entered his hearing in Worcester in orange prison garb, smiling at his father in the front row. His handcuffs were removed before he sat down and put back on when he was taken out.

Report: Judge That Ruled Against FDA-Approved Abortion Pill Hid Controversial Article From Senate

The Trump-appointed judge that ruled last week that the FDA’s approval of an abortion pill drug was unconstitutional reportedly concealed a transphobic and anti-abortion article from the Senate that he helped produce, The Washington Post reported.

District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s ruling against mifepristone — the abortion pill the FDA approved in 2000 that accounts for roughly 60% of all abortions in the country — relied heavily on anti-choice rhetoric and baseless claims. Kacsmaryk, 46, was appointed as a lifetime federal judge by the Senate in 2019 by a vote of 52-46 after being nominated by former President Donald Trump, but critics have vocalized their concerns about his anti-LGBTQ and anti-reproductive rights stances since before his appointment.

The 13-page article that had Kacsmaryk’s byline during the drafting process was featured in the 21st volume of the “Texas Review of Law & Politics” in 2017 and is titled “The Jurisprudence Of The Body: Conscience Rights In The Use Of The Sword, Scalpel, And Syringe.”
Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) called for Kacsmaryk’s resignation in multiple tweets over the weekend.

“Why did Judge Kacsmaryk mislead the American people during his confirmation hearing about his abortion views? Because he knew he wouldn’t be confirmed if people found out he was a religious zealot,” he wrote in a Saturday tweet.
He added: “Judge Kacsmaryk made a mockery of the confirmation process and must resign.

I am a white guy but I have made a lot of minority friends and acquaintances over the years. Particularly Latino friends and few black friends. Nothing I sought out to do just to be “progressive” or something. I judge people on how they treat me, the values they hold and simply if we can just get along. Coincidentally some of those people are minorities. All good.

However will admit it really does take more initial effort to really get to know someone from a different race. That in itself is not a “racist” characteristic. But people do have different life experiences and their ethnicity/race will influence that for better or worse. It takes effort and time to understand that.

However sometimes I see my minority friends making bad decisions and/or having the wrong belief systems that I know from an outside perspective isn’t good for them. However I find myself usually erring on the side of caution when it comes to giving them “tough love” advice. I get the impression that harsh but necessary criticism can be mistaken for ignorance or even prejudice.

Also the whole BLM movement only made this astronomically worse in my opinion. Sometimes white people give harsh criticism to minorities because they ultimately want to see them do better not because we enjoy being condescending.

Anyway the trick with “tough love” is it needs to be timed right. You have to trust and know the person cares for you. The have to trust the other person understands you and your situation. They have to know the right moment to deliver it. You also have to know they take no enjoyment criticizing you.

I’ve gotten tough love in the past both from white friends and even some of my minority friends. I know the didn’t enjoy criticizing me too. They were trying to slap some sense into me when I needed it.

But why is vice versa so much tougher with my minority friends?

Sarah Huckabee Sanders Signs Arkansas Trans Care Malpractice Bill Into Law

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders has signed legislation making it easier to sue providers of gender-affirming care for children, a move that could effectively reinstate a blocked ban on such care.
Sanders on Monday signed the new law, which won’t take effect until this summer. It would allow anyone who received gender-affirming care as a minor to file a malpractice lawsuit against their doctor for up to 15 years after they turn 18. Under current Arkansas law, medical malpractice claims must be filed within two years of an injury

Legal experts have said the change could close access to gender-affirming care for children by making it nearly impossible for providers to get malpractice insurance.
“Arkansas infamously passed the first law in the nation to try to ban gender affirming care for trans youth and after hearing extensive evidence, the courts have blocked that ban,” Holly Dickson, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Arkansas, said in a statement. “This bill is an effort to achieve indirectly what the Constitution prohibits the state from doing directly.”

The new law is among a growing number of bills targeting transgender people, who have faced increasingly hostile rhetoric at statehouses. At least 175 bills targeting trans people have been introduced in statehouses so far this year, the most in a single year, according to the Human Rights Campaign.
The bill was signed as a federal judge is considering whether to strike down a 2021 Arkansas law that would prohibit doctors from providing gender-affirming hormone therapy or puberty blockers to anyone under 18 — or referring them to other doctors who can provide that care. No gender-affirming surgery is performed on minors in the state.

A panel of federal judges has ruled that municipalities cannot restrict people from live-streaming their interactions with law enforcement, stating that doing so is a violation of their First Amendment speech rights.
