Yes, it's a public interaction and my space, they can't tell me what to do for their own benefit.

But man is that creating more risks for police. We need training for citizens on proper behavior and their rights and RESPONSIBILITIES to society. It's a balance.

I don't think there would be many people watching live, but streaming means that the video can't get "accidentally" destroyed or mislaid. I think it's a good thing.

Yes. If police have body cams filming the interaction from their side, then members of the public should absolutely be able to live stream or film their interactions with the police.
