It's INTENDED to send a message to media that legitimate journalism will be targeted with frivolous lawsuits to drain them of time and money. If, like ABC, you settle frivolous lawsuits that just emboldens this man baby bully and his sycophantcy to litigate EVERYTHING he finds unpleasant no matter how true! When will it stop? Think about it. Federal State and local politicians all suing media and polling companies!
