Both "jobs" are equal in duties, location, prerequisites, and requirements. Both "jobs" likely will have a boss who will ask more from you than she is willing to do. And both "jobs" will likely require some off-the-clock, out-of-pocket finances and expenses, with "some" being flexible. But one boss is a lot happier, carefree, wealthier, and flexible, while the other boss is likely less happy, less available to coordinate with, less wealthy, and less tolerant or patient with you, in addition to having a second (or third or fourth) job.

Do you consider Yoga to just be for women (and gay guys)?

I returned to a lame normie gym after leaving jiu jitsu (wrestling with sweaty men and having to clean a gi every single night just wasn't for me). I started doing yoga at my gym just for sh*ts and giggles. No classes, just by myself on the mat. I do it after like 20-30 minutes on the treadmill going 4.5 or 5 MPH.

It's literally one of the only times I haven't loathed exercise! It's easy, lets m relaxed instead of feeling dead afterwards, makes me feel more flexible, and makes me feel a little stronger doing stuff like planks and Downward Dog (which similar to planks, but easier). I am unsure about doing it for too much longer though, cause it's always been consider a "girl" thing. So who knows.
