

I returned to a lame normie gym after leaving jiu jitsu (wrestling with sweaty men and having to clean a gi every single night just wasn't for me). I started doing yoga at my gym just for sh*ts and giggles. No classes, just by myself on the mat. I do it after like 20-30 minutes on the treadmill going 4.5 or 5 MPH.
It's literally one of the only times I haven't loathed exercise! It's easy, lets m relaxed instead of feeling dead afterwards, makes me feel more flexible, and makes me feel a little stronger doing stuff like planks and Downward Dog (which similar to planks, but easier). I am unsure about doing it for too much longer though, cause it's always been consider a "girl" thing. So who knows.
