This is yet another time where i have a winning argument deleted by an anonymous question asker.

This time on the following question : Did you like the Gillette ad? Should I get a Gillette razor?

In my opinion i made the point that the advertisement is insulting men by assuming they are all going to have there hands on girls and should speak out against this behavior and be decent men. They also depict some men are making an effort while showing things most men will do.

In the opinion i also posted what a female version of this be with the comment if that wouldn't be incredibly insulting?

The asker called me out claiming i would have liked the ad if i didn't touch women inappropriately (Which of course i have never done and wouldn't do) and i asked her why she thought i wouldn't be like the examples of good men in the video?

Rather then giving an argument she censored the opinion, and is likely censoring any opinion against the ad screwing up the results and debate. And i have seen this multiple times on the website where ordinary users can ask a question and completely skew the results.

Now for the poll: Should i turn this question into an example of why it is bad and censor all opinions that disagree with the fact it needs to be changed? If the majority is Yes i will, if the majority is no i will leave the negative opinions in tact for a honest debate.

First of all, let me preface that I hate police officers with the utmost fervour. So if you want to give me the "it's their job, they are good guys, if you have problem with the law, it's on you" bullshit, sit the fuck down, and zip it. In fact just to show how fair the police is - I will delete comments I don't like, if I have a "suspicion" that your comment doesn't conform to the policies of the website. Sounds about right, doesn't it?

So with that out of the way, my problem is this - there are countless cases of (mostly US) police "officers" (I use quotation marks because the most these people are capable of doing in an office is clean the toilet) falsely arresting someone, dragging them through the mud, humiliating them, holding them in custody (a funny word - it means "the protective care or guardianship of someone or something" while you can actually be raped or shanked in a country jail, not to mention have your reputation ruined) for 24 without any reason (and then they can release you, and arrest you again with any bullshit excuse).
This has gotten people fired on numerous cases for simply missing a workday, and bails often wreck people financially.

Usually after these debacles the police, even if they find the actual culprit, will never give any kind of compensation to the falsely arrested, humiliated and wronged individual, and in fact will treat that person as a discarded, used tissue paper - throw it away, "Be glad we don't charge you with something".

Of course if you dare complain, even explain your situation, that you are being falsely arrested, that you weren't even there, etc - instead of investigating, you'll get your face planted on the concrete, tossed into a police car like a criminal, and if you arrest, even shot.

Thus my question is - SHOULD THE POLICE COMPENSATE THE VICTIM IN THE CASE OF FALSE ARREST, AND IF SO, IN WHAT MANNER?

This question was asked a couple of days ago by *Censored* (she has blocked me so I can't actually tag her) but seeing as she started removing every comment she didn't like and blocking those who disagreed with her, therefore removing the possibility of discussion and debate, I've decided to ask the question again. No opinions will be removed and nobody will be blocked!

However, allow me to sum up my answer by using *Censored* as an example. I don't consider myself a feminist because feminism (despite many claiming otherwise) is not solely about equality. Feminism is a movement with multiple waves and therefore has multiple ideologies. Feminists such as *Censored* choose not to research the claims they make (e. g. wage gap, pink tax, rape culture, etc) and claim that "feminazis" are but a small minority of the movement. However, even the self-proclaimed rational feminists such as *Censored* will silence those who speak out against their ideology, resort to petty name calling, and will preach equality while also stating that feminism isn't about men and therefore there is no need for them to stand up for men's rights (she's probably deleted that comment now but she said this in the comments of her question yesterday).

I completely support equality of opportunity, regardless of sex, gender, race, sexuality, etc, but I do no support a movement that behaves immorally and childish. If you get angry because someone doesn't label themselves a "feminist" despite that person still standing for equality, then you are part of the problem.
