Hi all, I guess I just needed to vent but also would like your opinion. So it started raining pretty hard while we were out walking (we brought an umbrella though), and I started walking faster so that we can get back home quicker. He got mad. Ok so I slowed down so he can shield me from the rain with the umbrella he held.

Then when we were about to cross the street, I hurried again as to avoid the car (that’s still a distance away) I see coming up to the crossing. He then yelled at me and people were staring. I think he felt embarrassed so he got quiet. I was a bit shocked but I tried to stay composed, I kept my distance from him but tried to act normal overall at the restaurant. I do feel a bit scared and felt like he overreacted, I know he was probably frustrated because I was walking too fast… but what do you think?

I started weightlifting earlier this year, I've started to incorporate more arm focused workouts. I was more focused on my quads and glutes in the beginning. I am seeing progress after working out my arms more, but I feel like they look small. Well, let me rephrase I look at this and think my arm looks big and then I stare at the photo for even longer and gaslight myself into convincing myself that my arm isn't big or impressive, maybe that's true or maybe I'm just really hard on myself. Opinions?
