I’m so sick of how expensive everything is, and jobs NOT keeping up with it. This would ensure that ALL those who are willing to work a full time job, can afford to feed themselves and keep a roof over their heads. This would also lead to higher job satisfaction, companies retaining workers, and increased productivity. If you cannot afford to pay someone a wage that can be lived on, then you should not be in business.

Who is to blame for them?

In a few days, Trump will be inaugurated for what will, of course, become America's new gilded age. He might just have to do something in order to help the people in California who have lost everything... or not. The state didn't overwhelmingly vote for him, so that'll teach them.

The modern Democratic party is so hyper focused on race and gender, they label every who isn't hyper focused on race and gender as sexist and racist. This hyper focus on race and gender is part of the reason Harris lost. It's OK to call people racist and sexist because they didn't vote for/support a candidate because of their race and gender, what isn't OK is pushing a candidate based on race and gender and not qualification, then labeling everyone sexist and racist when candidate loses like it was their race and gender and not qualification that caused them to lose.
