Has Xiden era DEI policies hurt white men with disabilities the most?

There was an Autistic young man fairly recently that died in jail custody following an Autistic meltdown. He was improperly restrained, resulting in his death. It did not gain any national attention. It most certainly did not result in a George-Floyd-style riot. If he were to have been a minority, you bet it would have made national headlines.

Xiden-era DEI policies placed so much focus on race and gender identity, it essentially ignored those with mental illness or other social/developmental disabilities. These people are likely the most vulnerable populations of them all. To add insult to injury, blame was almost always placed on weapons, not addressing underlying factors.

In addition, DEI favored individuals other than those who were white.

As a straight, white male on the Autistic Spectrum and severe mental illness, I feel I was hugely at a disadvantage. I have never faced so much instability as I did under the Xiden regime. Between my industry being shot and facing uphill battles with my health, it has forced me back to square one again, trying to figure out how to maintain stability again.

Sadly, the leftists are so jaded, they cannot recognize the immense damages that have occurred.

That happened so long ago, it is irrelevant. And you forget to add context too. We were close in age and I was trying to pursue a romantic interest at that time. I never once even threatened violence against her.

I also moved on in my career afterwards, and was doing fairly well for a little while, until everything came crashing down during the Xiden regime.

Employers are not going to add context to a stalking charge. You were a legal adult chasing a minor. Nobody said anything about violence. Stalking in itself is bad enough.

I passed all my most recent background checks. Most of them only searched back 7 years. Upon explaining it to one employer, I was given a green light.

It is unrelated. The tech job market has been decimated, forcing me to look for alternative career options. Maybe I can be an officer or an EMT again, who knows.

Nope, that is not it. I want to be a productive member of society and have a respectable role and career in life. It is the bias that worked against me, even though I kept moving forward and picking up the shattered pieces. A lot of my views do not align with liberals, but they are so willing to throw me under the bus for my social deficits.

I have had jobs at my level. I was a licensed EMT and worked as an EMT and couldn't hold down a job. I was a certified lifeguard in my teen years and was fired numerous times. I was a skilled software developer, who was even told I was extremely talented, yet I couldn't work well in a team.

Holding an EMT license does not make you fit to be an EMT. Being a certified lifeguard does not make you fit to be a lifeguard. Having software skills does not make you fit to work a good software job. That is why despite having the paper qualifications, you were not fit for any of those jobs and therefore got fired. That is what I am saying. If you were good enough for the jobs you have had, you would not have gotten fired at such an extreme rate.

I will give an example. As a lifeguard, I always showed up to work on time. I was loyal, subbed for anyone who needed it, and took my job seriously. I confronted the manager on duty numerous times for not having their two way radio on them, as I was left alone at the indoor pool watching over swimmers. I was very strict and rigid with rule enforcement, which prompted patrons to complain that I was harsh. Out of the blue, I was pulled into the office by the pool manager who told me I will be fired if I had one more complaint. I left knowing I would immently be fired and I was placed on a permanent blacklist to where I cannot be hired in the entire health/hospital system for life. This was age 16.
