Trump already is doing unconstitutional stuff. This is why a good number of his executive orders or other actions are already in court and, at least temporarily, restrained due to their unconstitutionality.

For instance, the "PROTECTING THE MEANING AND VALUE OF American CITIZENSHIP" executive order which can be found here:

For instance, farmers who won't get aid packages or subsidies anymore. Also, people on specialized drugs to combat their cancer; these people are likely to die now.
