The Republican from Georgia claimed last week that “they” can control the weather after Hurricane Helene killed more than two dozen people in her state and more than 230 across the US. Regular PACs: Trump's PAC $ can be transferred to other committees he controls, but there are restrictions. PACs like his "Save America" can transfer funds to other political committees, including those affiliated with Trump, as long as they comply with federal campaign finance laws. However, these transfers cannot be used for personal expenses or converted into campaign accounts for his own election efforts. Joint fundraising committees can also distribute funds to affiliated committees.

SUPER PACS: Trump-controlled super PACs have significantly more flexibility with leftover campaign funds. They can spend unlimited amounts to support candidates, including Trump himself, in future elections, provided there is no direct coordination with his campaign.
