Guilty (assuming there's evidence beyond a reasonable doubt). I'd hope for a reduced sentence, though, if it was because a close family member died from his company's actions.
Eh... gotta hear evidence and see what's what. We can't have people running around taking the notion of justice into their own hands.
I would tell the jury selection process I have a conflict on interest. I support the murderer... just not his choices of actions.
Not guilty. But he needs to clean his gun so it doesn't jam again.

Nothing about it makes me care for anything. what was the point? The probably replaced the CEO the next day. Nothing started or stopped that night/day... whatever it was.
If it is him... I wish the worst upon him... if not him... other shit... just keeping it simple for you to understand.
Some fucking rich kid with idealistic beliefs killed a guy that worked his way up to the top... on with a family and kids and the other just a retard... and I got to know him personally... retarded. This guy is not the hill you want to die on. Nobody likes him.
I'm just sayin', jury nullification is a thing. And do you know how many people that guy caused to die to line his pockets?
Excuse me while I play the world's smallest violin for his death.
i don't know enough. i'd seek damages against the company for millions and the release of the offender.
hammurabi's rule
them too! i don't want faulty triggers or guns jamming
How can anyone answer this? We know almost nothing at this point.
I would need to see and hear the evidence first.
If he made it this far through the system he has to be guilty.
Guilty. Question is homicide, manslaughter or murder. That's all
This guy is going to be caught soon. The partial picture they have is of a fellow with a square jaw, so some ladies will recognize him.
Probably, yes. Also everything you wrote after the question has precisely nothing to do with whether a guilty verdict is given or not.
Not guilty lol
Murder is not a tool of the opposition.
