Yes, it's incredibly hard to answer no, once you take into consideration the full context of what happened. If someone intentionally kills, rapes, hurts a child or is responsible for a horrible crime, then that person should pay for their crime. The problem with the justice system is that the laws are not harsh enough to fit the crime, everythings out of whack.
For anyone who has seen Dexter; I love the show, I feel like the world may be a better place at times if there was someone who would take out bad people (take out the garbage, somehow restoring balance). The Bible says there is only one judge, and that is God; however, there is so much hate, evil, murder, crime and forms of suffering in the world.
Once something happens it can never be undone. It's hard to find the words or know what to say. When so many lives are destroyed it does not seem right or fair that a murderer would live out the rest of their life in jail/prison with the chance of parole. I question our concept of justice and if it really even exists in this world we live in. Some who commit horrible crimes should suffer as they have made their victims suffer. Jail, Prison, it doesn't feel like enough; they ought to be tortured. Perhaps they should take all those people and leave them in the scorching hot desert, a freezing mountain or an island far from anyone or anything. I don't mean to sound harsh or sadistic, but seriously enough is enough. Sadly murdering someone for their wrongs is then something you'd have to live with.
No it's actually sick and disgusting thank God you never have to go to war because the first time you take somebody's life you throw up you're sick and you have to brainwash yourself to keep doing it are you have to stay alive the only answer for me is no
When I went through university I worked in the military. Then I went into high level security. The security manager for the company even offered me a cross-border position as his assistant as I caught on quickly and improved the way they did things. I then went on to work as provincial law enforcement in a former asylum turned mental health hospital.
My point. I've been so trained in high-level specialty security and law enforcement that getting away with murder would be easy.
If I was a guy & had pursued law enforcement I may have even tried my luck as a criminal profiler or joining the FBI because I evaluate situations considering how a criminal would.
Like a local business that shut down I told my father - 30 years working federal penitentiaries - within 10 minutes of considering the fence, etc. how easy it'd be to break in and steal a lot of shit left behind as they were cleaning up / cleaning out.
There is only one person I would ever consider murdering, but even then I'd rather not murder him, just prefer to cut his dick/balls off, also cut his legs, arms, rip his tongue out, poke his eyes out and keep him alive so he can think about what he did to me for the rest of his life.
So on, I wouldn't be able to murder someone, even if they deserved it.
@Blackcosmo Thanks, doing as good as I can... but ultimately I'm going to die from what he did... it is just going to take awhile, living on borrowed time. Not all damage can be repaired as if it never happened, physical damage that is.
No, I already know how to get away with murder, I'm just not a murderer, I learned that from supposedly experienced people, if I'm going to kill someone it's going to be a kill justified in court in some form of defense or protective instinct, so it won't even be a murder

Apparently I would not. I was pushed and pushed by someone but I never broke. I do believe in killing someone though. We had a gunman come in the other day. I was not there. But I feel I would take any opportunity to end people who threaten other's lives.

No. I have it in me alright, but if I can get away with a murder, who would deserve it? There are so many people out there, how can I just choose one? I would keep the murder free card and end up not using it. There are just too many people.

No. Killing in combat is fucked up enough and your body has a physical reaction to it. To do so on someone outside of self-defense is even more wrong. Legality and what is right are often separate from each other.
