I thought they are all about parents choosing what’s best for their child? How’s it different than taking parenting rights away from gun owners?

This is a continuing debate here in the UK. At the moment it is against the law carrying a jail sentence up to 14 years and GPs do not want it legalized. Answer the poll and give reasons for your answer in the comment section.

Essentially, even though california has no history of the slave trade. The proposal suggests that every black person shall be paid $5 million. All debt shall be eliminated, home ownership will cost $1. The reparations act will continue for 250 years.

I'm personally for it. I think its idiotic and will crash the economy. Also, even though hardly anyone is 100% black in the US. I suppose it just means if you identity as black, it counts.

The idea is that it will end racism. Seems this will do pretty much the opposite. But i say, let's do it! I want to watch

In a attempt to have a healthier outlook on humanity, and to silence my own personal biases about the opposite gender, I would like to get some opinions on how men and women can learn to be allies instead of enemies, I feel society tends to make us think negatively of each other, I’d like to be able to discuss the unique struggles of both genders, show compassion and empathy for each other’s hardships, think how we can make each other stronger if we stop assuming the worst about each other, and learn to value and appreciate each other’s strengths and weaknesses, I’d love to see society start leaning more towards these topics… so I guess these are my questions…
1.) how can we be less biased about the opposite gender?
2.) do you think it’s possible for the majority of men and women to be allies instead of enemies?
3.) what are steps to have a deeper understanding and appreciation for each other?
4.) how can we improve dating / casual sex?
5.) do our preferences in who we date / hookup with reinforce bad habits in society?
6.) as men and women should we oppose double standards?

My stepdad is Gen X. I'm Gen Z. My brother (of whom is biologically related to my stepdad) is Gen Alpha.

Here are the traits my stepdad pointed out:

Boomers: they don't get it

Gen X: best generation ever, sees both sides (still old school, but with new ways of doing these things), thick-skinned

Gens Y, Z, and Alpha (same sh*t to him): very tech-savvy, but very sensitive "crybabies" who lash out at inequality and words

For the record he prefers not having his politics disclosed but he's stated that he's far from either a Democrat or a Republican.

Donald Trump claims he will be arrested Tuesday in Manhattan probe, calls for protests

Former President Donald Trump said he expects to be arrested Tuesday in connection with an investigation conducted by the Manhattan District Attorney's office and is calling for protests ahead of his possible indictment.

Danielle Filson, a spokesperson for Manhattan's District Attorney's office, declined to comment on the former president's statement.

Trump is under investigation for a $130,000 payment he made just before the 2016 election to silence adult film star Stormy Daniels about an earlier affair. The former president has denied wrongdoing, and federal investigators ended their own inquiry into the payments in 2019.

§ 240.05 Riot in the second degree
A person is guilty of riot in the second degree when, simultaneously with four or more other persons, he engages in tumultuous and violent conduct and thereby intentionally or recklessly causes or creates a grave risk of causing public alarm.

Riot in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor.
Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree
§ 120.25 Reckless endangerment in the first degree. A person is guilty of reckless endangerment in the first degree when, under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to human life, he recklessly engages in conduct which creates a grave risk of death to another person. Reckless endangerment in the first degree is a class D felony.
