I think that they have to take advantage of mail in ballots, ballot harvesting and early and late voting just like the democrats have been doing. The fake news says there was no cheating so it will be interesting what they say about it in the next election when Republicans win.

Republicans in Florida used to love mail-in voting, when the majority of mail-in votes were for Republicans. Suddenly, not so much.

Make it easier for everyone to vote and see what the results are.

@goaded The problem is that once those mail in ballots get stuffed in the box there is no way to tell if they are genuine or not. Some states required a signature but there was no way to insure they were real. Having people show up in person with a ID card is the best way to do it. If they had to show up in person to get a welfare check they would have no problem. If people think so little about the right to determine their leaders that they can't get off the couch to go vote then they don't think very much about how lucky they are to live here.

There are many ways. There are the signatures on the outer envelopes to be matched, you could maybe add a code number that was sent to the voter using a different mechanism like a text or simply a separate letter. Unsurprisingly, the majority of ballots rejected in Florida came from poorer, more Democratic voters.

The other thing is that there are ways to detect if fraud is happening; if you tried forging or intercepting thousands of ballots, there would be hundreds of complaints of people apparently voting twice or not receiving the ballots they're entitled to.

Like I said, mail-in voting wasn't seen as a problem by Republicans while they got the majority of mail-in votes and could use the information to get out the vote in their favour.

@goaded In the last election there were over a thousand poll workers that gave sworn affidavits that they witnessed voter fraud. In every case that was investigated it was determined there was no fraud. However this just meant that fraud could not be proven. Once the ballots were in the box there was no way to determine if it was a legal ballot or not. This was the exact outcome the democrats counted on (pun intended).

Where are those affidavits? The ones from 2020 poll watchers usually showed that they had no clue how the system was supposed to work.

@goaded was this twitter before or after Elon Musk bought it? I do not know what happened to the affidavits. There were over a thousand of them that is a fact. If any were investigated it was done in the most half assed way. The one that I saw had a woman that had a cellphone video of a white van pulling up in front of a polling place after it closed and two guys got out with a couple of boxes and handed them off to one of the poll workers who brought them inside. She said that they were ballots in those boxes. The guys running the so called investigation said that the video was not detailed enough to see what they were and that was the end of it. How hard would it have been for the FBI to track down that van and find out who those guys were? Especially since they were able to investigate every single person that was in DC on Jan6th?

@goaded I did not catch where this was. I watched the hearing the woman that took the video had. They totally dismissed her, asked her no questions and just said that they could not tell what was on all those pieces of paper thst just happened to be about the same size as a ballot. It looked like a slam dunk to me but they just blew her off.
