I started learning Spanish in 2018 and it has been easy for me. I still hate my accent when I speak it. I've been told that it's going to take a long time to get rid of it. It's a beautiful language, so I definitely want to keep learning it.

i did Spanish for like 3 years in school but i don't remember anything beyond BASIC basic things, same with French tbh, i can read and understand a little but i wouldn't be able to distinguish talking
I live in California where the number of Hispanics outnumber white people so yes I speak Spanish.
(Cue the klan members when they hear about whites not being a majority)
I'm from Texas too and I get by just fine without knowing more than 10 Spanish words

No and, from what I've been hearing and seeing the past 30-some years, LOTS of Americans still can't speak English!!
