Also since he started the perception I’ve received from my supervisor and manager has deteriorated more and more.
I’m beginning to think he is trying to make me look as bad as possible to the point where I either am fired or they make me quiet quit.
I'd try to find out what is being said exactly.
If I can't find out, I go on doing my job. I would try, though, to work even harder just in case. If they are indeed seeing me more negatively because of what someone else is saying, I'd like to have my actions and work speak for themselves and let the supervisors see any discrepancy between what's done and what's said.
Yeah this is a good idea however given the type of person my supervisor is… I don't know. It may or may not work.
Continue to show up with your best work ethics. If something is directed at you, advocate for yourself and conflict resolutions. If you don’t think it’s positive work environment, it’s time to reconsider a new job.
Could you not be asked to move seats, because he is causing a disruption?
What do you mean by that?
I work for an aerospace company so it’s not as easy to simply move.
If you don't sit near the supervisor, you don't have to worry about what your co-worker may or may not be saying.
That’s not the problem. The problem is that he’s feeding my supervisor information that most of which is absolute bs then my supervisor goes and tells that info to my manager.
Basically like black mail. For awhile I’ve had the feeling that due to the current state of the company and how much staff our respective shop has they might be planning something behind the scenes, so doing stuff like this works perfectly to make their plan become a reality
Don't you mean you suspect them of it? If you know 100% you are being set up, then just feed them duff info. That will land them in trouble!

What makes you think this conversation is about you? Based on the little information you provided, it seems like you’re projecting.
Also, your work speaks for itself - if you do good work/no issue. I’d focus on your work.
If you’re right, I’d transfer or switch teams. You lost your bosses favor. There is nothing you can do. Best not to work for people like that anyway.
nothing... my work speaks for itself
