No I have not although I did something similar once. A guy at work had been new at the job and had been there for about 6 months. He was somehow displeased with the job. I don’t know why because he had it easy compared to when I started. He kept on saying that he “quit”. Not that he was quitting in the future, but that he quit. And then he would not follow through and actually tell the manager, and he would show up for work the next day. I had enough, so I told the manager that he quit, and the manager got all of the paperwork together to process his exiting the company. When he showed up for work the next day I told him that we understood that he was quitting and the manager wanted to process his exit. So the manager did the paperwork and then he was gone. The manager couldn’t stand the guy anyway.
