Serious question. There is good reason to believe that people (especially younger women), are becoming increasingly obsessed with the # of "likes" or lack of likes they receive on posts. We see a competition where inappropriately young girls post over sexualized pictures to gain "likes" or males and females do absurd things to gain likes. People are getting their personal validation and sense of self worth from totally random strangers on the internet. This is not healthy and is contributing to major depression, obsessive behaviour, and other mental malaise.

Instagram tried cutting out "likes" for a short time and women went CRAZY, which is exactly why we should take a hard look at this.

Several manufacturers of Android, and Apple iPhone, dominate the world market for smartphones. In the world, Android has 70% of the market, iPhone has 25%, and various other phones have the remaining 5%. Interestingly, things are a little different in the United States, where iPhone leads with 54% of the market and Android the other 46%.

So, which smartphone do you use? One of the big players or maybe a less common or older phone?

Hypothetical situation: let's say the population explodes and the Internet becomes just too damn busy. The world has to decide between TCP and UDP.

Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) provides error correction and transmission of data packets over the Internet, should datagrams be delivered improperly. Some common uses are file transfer, hypertext transfer, and email.

User Datagram Protocol (UDP) avoids the overhead of error checks and retransmision. Because of its speed, it's used for query/response protocols such as domain name systems and also for voice transmission.
