Any tips for exercising?

Back when I was 5, I wasn't were a set belt and she stopped fast and I hit my knee on the dash board. it was really bad I should have been took to the er min it happened. So I got a bad knee, I'm trying to exercise but I'm having a real problem with it, when I do my elliptical I have to stop every min or sooner and it stinks. Is there any exercise I can do, I can do walking but that gets boring day after day.

Well it depends on what you are trying to work out. If you want to work out your core (abs) you can do sit up/crunches or a exercises ball. If you want to work out your upper body you can do push ups. If you just want general work outs you can lift weights. Hope that this helps.

Question Asker Yeah, I'm trying to work the hole body, abs, arms, and legs. I just need work out for my leg's I should have made that clear. - 2 months ago
Answerer You should choose gentle exercises such as swimming, aquatic exercise, or walking rather than jarring exercises such as jogging or high-impact aerobics.

There is an article that I think will help you (exercise section is towards the bottom the rest is about knee injuries) hope this article helps you.
