From the moment we are born we form a bias. Objectivity does not truly exist. All we can do is try to understand others perspectives and shrink what we think we know about the world as fact. Like the parable of 3 blind men and an elephant.

Like with many things in life, it depends.
There are things where you can provide a 100% objective answer and there are things where it's always gonna be at least somewhat subjective.
No person can be fully objective all the time.

We are all biased, the difference is to know your personal bias and being capable to compensate it and being unaware and letting bias taking helm in really significant decisions.
Generally people with higher intelligence, who are capable of critical thinking about themselves and have strategical mind that can predict few things before that happens, master compensation of own bias better.
Everyone's point of view is unique, which is why democracy doesn't work.
