I've noticed throughout all of the forums people answer questions with "why do you care?", especially the break up category. Obviously the people DO care if they are posting a question about it. ACNE, what to do?

I am a very hygienic person but my face would be really bad but I use tons of creams and take really good care of my skin. I get the occasional acne but lately I've been getting tons of it and it's gross, how do I control that?
