So here is my concern, when we promote transgender or make acceptation for them are doing so with the belief that's it in their best interest or are we causing them more harm by enabling/ignoring a greater mental health issue?

John Hopkins Medicine defines Body Dysmorphic Disorder as;

Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a mental health problem. If you have BDD, you may be so upset about the appearance of your body that it gets in the way of your ability to live normally. Many of us have what we think are flaws in our appearance. But if you have BDD, your reaction to this “flaw” may become overwhelming.

No where in the John Hopkins article does it recommend or even mention sex transition as a viable treatment option. Actually it cites having unnecessary surgeries as a symptom of the disorder and not a treatment or a cure. It talks more about treating the mental disorder with assistance of mental health profession to develop healthy was of living and coping with the disorder.

Now I am not shaming or bashing on Transgenders, but I do not believe in promoting transitional surge as a good treatment option and I fear it is potentially more harmful, because it causes all new problems for individuals who are already suffering from a mental illness.

So apparently, the High Court here in England's now ordered that part of the impending 2021 census guidance, accompanying the question on a person's sex (which will include a question about gender identity as well as the one about a person's legally registered sex for the first time, with the LGBTQ lobbyists citing it as a "step in the right direction")- which would have allowed people to use the sex and/or gender listed on their passports, and change it without a legal process- should be withdrawn.

This was thanks to campaign group 'Fair Play for Women'. which seeks to defend "the sex-based rights of women and girls", having launched a crowdfunded legal action against it, arguing that the census guidance on the question, "What is your sex?" was unlawful, and calling it "sex self-identification through the back door". After a court hearing on Tuesday, Mr Justice Swift ruled that the guidance should be changed to say individuals should only respond with the answer on their birth certificate or gender recognition certificate - a document which allows trans people to change their legal gender. He said he was satisfied the campaign group was "more likely than not to succeed" on its case, regarding the legal meaning of sex as defined in the legislation, with a full judicial review hearing set to take place next week before the census day.

Speaking before the hearing, Dr Nicola Williams, director of 'Fair Play For Women', said: "If we don't have good data on sex we can't monitor inequalities due to sex, and if we can't measure it, we can't make good policies to remedy it." The LGBTQ lobbyists, though, have been incensed by this legal action, decrying FPfW as "inherently sexist and transphobic", and declaring ideological war on the 'Right-wing Feminist Conservative Hate group'. So then, who do you think'll win the judicial review hearing- the feminists, or the LGBTQs? Who would you rather won? And what would the best case scenario end-result be, in your opinion?
