The photo isn't me, but the guy in the photo posted that photo on a website and the other users began to completely gang up on him, making fun of him, calling his shorts like "little gay short shorts" or telling him to "go back to the 1970s with those short shorts" and stuff like that.

And then it hit me... oof... all of my shorts are that exact same length, too. Does that mean people are constantly talking shit about me behind my back in regards to my shorts? This does not bode too well for me. Lol.

If I had to choose a favorite or noteworthy year, it would likely be 2004.

I remember these times as being more normal, tranquil, and full of nostalgic and fun memories.

In year 2004, I lived in a suburb within Knox County, TN called Farragut. This area was always known to be more upscale and more affluent. Many upper middle class families lived here. At that time, the town was not busy, bustling, or sprawling with people, yet it was not too rural and definitely not empty. It was just right I suppose.

I was around 10 years old and in the 3rd and 4th grades. I had a best friend named Nick whom I used to go over to his house and hang out. He had a PS2 and loved to skateboard. I was always jelly of Nick because all the girls liked him more haha.

Life as a kid was more simpler those days. We had technology but it didn't dominate our lives. I remember somewhere around that time iPods were cool. I remember Gameboy SPs and the GameCube. I loved to play Super Mario Sunshine, Zelda Windwaker, and Crash Bandicoot Wrath of the Cortex. Overall, we could find joy in playing outside while also watching cartoons and playing video games. I liked Codename Kids Next Door; Dexter's Lab; and Ed, Edd, and Eddy. This was also the era where SpongeBob was still good (it went downhill after the movie).

I remember I had an awesome, fun babysitter. We used to be goofy and make noises. I remember her showing me a website called farts. com that had a spoof video of Britney Spears called "Oops I Farted Again." We used to bust out laughing so hard we couldn't breathe and were crying.

I don't remember my parents struggling financially at that time. My parents were happily married and I used to play in the backyard and had a clubhouse which I learned later on my dad really built as a storage shed.

Taylor Swift managed to drive record-breaking numbers to voter registration website Vote. org after urging her 232 million followers on Instagram to take action.

On Tuesday (19 September), hours after the pop star, 32, called on her US fanbase to register to vote in honor of National Voter Registration Day, Vote. org’s communication director, Nick Morrow, announced that “our site was averaging 13,000 users every 30 minutes”.

“Fun fact: after @TaylorSwift13 posted on Instagram today directing her followers to register to vote on @votedotorg, our site was averaging 13,0000 users every 30 minutes,” Morrow wrote on X/Twitter.
