A little over a year ago I matched with a girl on a dating website. We really hit things off so I asked her on a date. Well she had plans then she said she wanted to just be friends. Well now 2 weeks ago her boyfriend broke up with her and a day later my girlfriend broke up with me (I swear it was a coincidence). Now she is the one who asked me to "hangout" and "get rid of bad energy in our heads". I agreed and plan on taking her to a restaurant and something fun (not sure yet). She knows I have feelings for her and she said she trusts me that I won't do anything that will make her uncomfortable. But I kinda want to show her through actions that I really do like her but I don't want to make things awkward. How would I do this? Also since we are friends so to speak is she re-interested in me? We share personal things in our life and text each other every other day. Anything I need to look for to see if she is interested in me? Anything would be appreciated.
Superb Opinion
You sound a little too eager. Slow it down and don't get your hopes up high. Treat her on this date and enjoy each other's company.
However you gotta be realistic. She just got out of a relationship according to her. She friend zoned on a dating site as well, so don't go expecting to things to go perfect. This girl may not even know what she wants yet.
