If you could decide to design your stuff instead of purchasing design products what sort of products would you design for yourself or as a business?

I have started been messing with those websites where you can instead of buying a poster or a hat of someone or something that I personally didn't like but I have seen apps like Amazon, Etsy sites like Printify that allows you to make up your own designs or let you use a picture of your favorite video game characters or etc? I personally think it looks insanely fun and I hopefully can someday once I have my own money to sometimes use these create your design for things I generally want like I have created this Persona 3 Akihiko Sanada bedsheets set on Amazon and I have placed it in saved for cart because I don't have any money yet but I definitely will be getting something like that one day. I have also design two ideas for big coats that looks super cool one of them is about The DC Character, Nightwing and the other coat is about Total Drama Character, Duncan. I generally think they are a pretty cool concept and idea.

So that has gotten me thinking are there other creative like-minded people who prefer to create their own designs instead of already purchased design of finished products. Ladies and Gentlemen in the world if you could create your design for all of your favorite stuff you enjoy using or wearing what design would you create and what products would you place your personal design on?
