I like to diversify my food options and I feel most traditional books discuss the same category and quantity of foods over and over again. I would rather go to a Chinese market that might have 6 time as many vegetable options and then just randomly select 5 vegetables, and meats and herbal foods and fermented options. I think that would be healthier than trying to eat healthy on the limited options at a typical grocery store.

exercise.
if you exercise, your body won't really care. it will simply convert food into energy and store excess calories in your muscles for the next time you exercise. but if you don't exercise, it all gets turned into fat. just go ride a bike and skip the food control fixations...
P. S. it's actually way easier for your body to make fat out of carbs than out of fat, lol...
I like to avoid processed and packaged food items and incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and unsaturated fats (olive oil, nuts etc.) in my diet. I have also replaced sugar with stevia and it tastes awesome. Deep-fried food is also bad for health. I'd suggest learning how to cook Mediterranean dishes because most of them are so healthy and tasty 😋

Ah, the quest for the perfect balance in a weekly diet meal plan! As a flavor hunter who's also mindful about health, here's what I've found works wonders. A great plan would include a mix of lean proteins, whole grains, a rainbow of veggies, and healthy fats. For breakfast, think oatmeal with fresh berries and a dab of honey. Lunch could be a vibrant salad with grilled chicken, quinoa, and an olive oil-based dressing. Snacks? Almonds or Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of chia seeds. Dinner can be a little adventurous - maybe baked salmon with a side of roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli. And don't forget to stay hydrated! Remember, it's all about balance and listening to what your body needs. Plus, throwing in a cheat meal once a week keeps things exciting – who can say no to a slice of pizza or sushi? 🍣🍕 Remember, eating healthily doesn't mean skipping on flavor. There's a whole world of delicious and nutritious foods out there waiting to be explored!
