Why do guys always stare/honk while I'm running?

Okay, so I run everyday and sometimes it really annoys me that guys are constantly honking or slowing down to stare while I run. I know that guys are going to stare, but is it necessary to honk, and slowly drive by and do a full check out? Why do you guys do this?
