Why boys don’t want a girlfriend and only want sex? Should I give my crush my number?

I never had a boyfriend and I’m 26.
I never had met a guy that had asked me to be his boyfriend, Boys when I was young rejected me, and only until now age 25 and half / 26 boys at my job began showing interest. However my crush had different schedule as me so we were unable to meet. Then I liked another boy that also liked me but I wasn’t able to be his girlfriend as another girl beat me & talked to him first.
that boy kept trying to pursue me but I didn’t talk to him as I would see him daily with that other girl.
then few months pass and my crush returns back to the job & he shows interest in me,& we talk, then second break togsther 3 days, then we get seperated after Christmas & lose contact as I didn’t give him my number fast.
I work morning shift & he works@nite.

more boys show interest but I’m not into them, & no I don’t go after hot guys. all guys I like are average like me, nerdy skinny.
then I begin liking 2 more boys but one I try talk to and then the other one shows interst in me but I’m unable talk to him as I got fired.
now I’m stuck at home & meet boys daily on dating app, about 30 boys have talked to already , & all want sex , want hookup, send dick pic & lie how they want a girlfriend.

however I’ve been driving to the job few days & I’ve encountered my crush in the street on his bike 2x & we almost cross paths but I miss chance talk to him, as I don’t honk at him so he see me.

I don't know if I’ll continue see him again, but it’s weird I’m seeing my crush driving outside near the job, and it seems he also is fired. I don't know if he’s looking for me, But my crush was the only mature nicest good spiritual decent guy that I’ve met in my entire life.

But I’m single & cannot get a boyfriend, I don’t even dress provocative at all. I don’t understand why no guy wants be my boyfriend.

A lot of guys prioritize sex to the point of disregarding everything else. Those guys will say almost anything to get sex, but the will not commit truly. The solution is to find guys who don't make sex their sole life goal.

I always say to girl friends that assume every boy/man wants to have sex unless proven otherwise. Dating apps in general have been tainted with younger boys just wanting to have sex. They will say anything to bring your self-confidence up only to upset you later. You can still come across those genuine ones but it takes time and effort.

As for your crush, you said he worked in the same job? If so, why not just ask HR or other colleagues in his unit for his last name and maybe phone number? If anyone asks why, just say you owed him money or a cable or something.

There are no easy path in finding a boyfriend. With apps, find the ones you want and go on a date. If at the end of the evening/night they lead the conversation towards sex or to go to their place, dumb their ass and move on. Otherwise in some cities/areas you may come across speed dating events which you can sign up for.

As for your crush, if you saw him both times near the job, he surely was their to talk to chat to someone. Can't be a coincidence he just was their both times. Even though he had no friends, he may have introduced himself with his surname and surely someone their would remember his surname even though they were not friends.

As for hooking up, only you would know whether or not you want to have sex with them. Its neither good or bad, its your moral value as to what you want and trusting them enough that no harm will come your way! I always say, randoms you should be more reluctant with because you don't know them and if something would go wrong, what can you do and who can you trust? You have friends you share too about your dates with?

If you want a boyfriend and believe you have to have sex with them, that is wrong. A boyfriend is an individual who is suppose to love you for you, not your physical part.
