I am taking care of my grandma and I feel like it is really taking a toll on me. Like it's making me stupid. I went too slow using apple pay. And got audible groans from people in line.

Mistakes I made. Another store I keep messing up with self checkout. I bought a little lettuce that had been ripped up Apparently a lady told me I shouldn't be ripping lettuce and I can be arrested or banned from the store for life. it was ripped up. It had a scan tag on it. I lost my card at the store. Or my grandma threw it out and Doesn't remember. I cancelled it. It was kind of messed up. The credit card company yelled at me because I shouldn't be replacing them. So much. I explained the situation with my grandma and that they keep breaking and she said I am lucky I am getting another one.

I almost walked into someone. There was like no where to walk. I apologized. the other day I had a guy with a giant American flag following me honking his horn screaming in the car screaming. I don't know what I did wrong. a security guard actually asked me if everything was ok because that looked messed up.

I paid for the lettuce. I am now worried I am in trouble. And be accused of stealing when I paid for it.

okay, you need to simplify your life and you need to get organized. You should only have one credit card and you should, be making most small purchases with cash. You should keep your credit card in your possession in a place where grandma cannot get at it.
You should see if you can find anyone that can help you with your grandmother.

I usually get a stipend to buy gas food before I am here 24/7. But they gave it to my grandma and she doles it out in small increments or loses it.
