You did what you thought was best with the information you had at the time. You couldn't have done anything different or better. If you could have, you would have. It's pointless to look back and say "I should have done things differently." The only way you could possibly know that is if you had already made a different choice and the moment is past. So no. You shouldn't blame yourself, or anyone or anything, for that matter. Your life is exactly as it had to be and there is naught you can do but use what you know now to do all in your power to ensure you like where you are tomorrow. And if you don't, simply try again. Every day.

Depends on how it happens. Taking responsibility for things can help you prevent it from doing so and you can gain self respect by doing so. If an external force that you couldn't forsee then I wouldn't hate on yourself too much, life is sometimes messy and and out of control, we are all trying to learn how to ride that wave

Your life is your own. Regardless of the hand you get dealt, you have to take responsibility for it and make the most of it. Don’t sit around beating yourself up though, just start taking small steps to improve your life and get more of what you want out of it.

I feel sometimes like my head is spinning. Can't seem to deal with all of this.

School. Confusion.

People guiding me in different directions-because they care about me.

But the anxiety is confusing. One day I wake up I want to do this the other days I feel sick with the anxiety.

No matter what it always comes back to a decision you made somewhere down the line that put you where you so put down your purse and stomp on the brakes and turn your self earound and start coming back
