A couple of weeks ago I bumped into my friend in town, I hadn't talked to her in years from leaving school, so I invited her round my house. She only lives a few doors from me but I didn't get to see her as I was living with my ex for a few years.
My ex was staying with me at the time as he was on leave from the RAF and I was trying to sort things with him in our relationship as we argue a lot and I planned to be with him again as I had been with him for 3 and a half years.
I introduced her to my ex and they instantly got along well. She kept talking about her boyfriend and how much she loved him. Over a couple of days she kept coming to my house more frequently, even when we went out she would follow us.
A few days later we were in my bedroom, I was on the computer and they both were watching a movie together behind me. She had been talking about breaking up with her boyfriend as he's treating her badly yet he lives so far away. I turned around to talk to them and she was cuddling up to my ex and he had his arms around her.
My eyes filled with tears and it started to hurt deep inside. I got angry and they asked me what was wrong but I just felt I didn't want to be rude to them.
She left to go to home and he completely ignored me and went to sleep which hurt my feelings as I felt like there was something going on and he had flirted with her after all those years of us loving each other.
The next morning we had a big argument about it and he stormed out, he went to her house and has been there since. I didn't know about this for a few days as he lied to me saying he was staying at his parents. I went to his parents house to see him because I missed him, but found out he was actually at my friends house.
She wouldn't let me inside and told me to go away, that she would very much appreciate if I didn't talk to him ever again. He came to the door and told me he doesn't feel the same way anymore.
I'm so confused and hurt, I still love him. I've been told I need to move on but how will I over such a horrible thing my friend has done to me. My ex is a few doors away now, with her in her house. They barely know each other! he's known me for 3+ years yet he is choosing her over me :( It hurts to know. Please help me. Any advice?

I logged on his msn as he had saved his username and password there, then checked his inbox. he's signed up to Adult Friendfinder, which is a swinger site not doubt? he's been a member since 2001. So after all this time, he was a swinger.
