I don't think it matters.
I'd probably date older women if I found them attractive and they didn't give off a "motherly" vibe, ew.
I'd date younger as long as she's not an idiot, within the confines of the law.

I've chatted it up with 15yo girls that I didn't realise were 15yo. After finding out I keep away from sexual stuff and try to get her to like me. I'm not sure about the legality of non-sexual relationships with minors and I'd rather not even walk that line, so just friends until she's 16 and if I'm still interested, then ok.

16 and up, not motherly, not dumb and won't stab me? Cool.

50 is the oldest I will date and have sex with a woman.  21 is my youngest I will have sex with someone. 18 is the youngest I will date.

The youngest I'd ever date would be my age, 23. The oldest I'd date is maybe like 33 or something.

I do not like younger guys at all. He'd have to be really mature for me to find him attractive or dateable. But in general, I do not like younger guys. I'm sorry, but if I have a bigger mustache than him, we're gonna have a problem ;P

i believe the general rule of thumb is to date someone half your age plus 7. so for example, the youngest guy i would date would be 15, and of course that lower limit of age range would go down over time (ex. when im 40, i "would be able to date" someone 27

I will say that a compatible personality and a pretty smile goes a long way. But not below 18. That's the demographic I'd get along with generally, but I've encountered women in their late 20's/early 30's that I wish I could take home with me because of their personalities.

2. But life's vagaries and variations are unpredictable so it's best not to judge and decide on these
3. However, for me it's mutual compatibility and ability as well as willingness to work on it reigns supreme

I wouldn't date a guy who was more that 3 years younger than me, and I wouldn't date a guy who was more than 13 years older than me. For the most part, I think age is just a number, but I think some limits are appropriate.

Well I'm 19, so I'd say 18 would be the youngest, and 24 would be the oldest.

Those aren't hard limits or anything, but I just can't see myself dating anyone outside of those ages. It seems like it would be odd. But who knows :)

For lower limit , I would say 20. She would have to be a pretty mature 18 or 19 y. o. for me to go lower than that. I think upper age would be 30. Although I find it improbable that a 30 y. o. would be into me.
