Yes. I never found a disability like that to be a bad thing, plus I could design her an eyepatch as a gift or sometime.

I'm sure I wouldn't be comfy seeing no eye under the patch, as us humans don't like looking at our own insides, but after all that is what the patch is for. Having one less eye doesn't put a strain on her health or the relationship, so I don't see it as an issue.
