( HELP!!!) what does no love lost mean I dont know?

Like had an agruement and not talking, aviod each other as well as dislike each other a lot. But then at the same time always around you and wants your attention? is this love lost?

.. when two people argue or fall out there's no love lost between them both , because they dislike each other anyway, and they don't get along. There's animosity between them . So there's no love lost , coz there's a mutual dislike between them both. That's the true meaning

I've known some people use the phrase out of context though. They'll say there's no love lost after an argument.. meaning they'll still love you and their feelings won't change just because of an argument.

So I'd ask him what he means. In case he is using the phrase of out context

Hmm i think definatly the second one fits the puzzle haha because even after the argument even if we stopped talking and even looking at each other. He always around me walking past and try to get my attention... so initally i dont really know? :)

By the latter I mean he probably means his feelings won't change regardless of the arguments

Sometimes though, people do say mean things in the heat of the moment when they are arguing or angry.

yeah he does aviod eye contact but always around me and brush past me and that so i dont undertsand quite mixed signals so i dont know if he does want to talk to me or not or he does want to but doesn't want to seem small or hurt his ego
