My girlfriend wants me to shave my head with her?

So I have been dating my girlfriend for a year now, and she decided that she wants to shave her head and I fully supported that once she made up her mind, after a couple days she asked me if I'd shave my head with her because she doesn't want to do it alone, I was honest with her and told her that I didn't really feel like shaving my head but that I fully supported her and I'd be there for her, She then started telling me I'm selfish and self absorbed, and that I can't even do something meaningful to her with her, I'm just wondering, is she right?:(

While I think it would be a wonderful gesture to shave with her, I also think her forcing it is wrong. If you're not ok with it she needs to accept it the same as u accepted her choice to shave her head.

Seems like she's the self absorbed one to not recognize and respect someone's differing view than hers. You are supportive of her decision but she is not supportive of yours.

No she's in the wrong. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do, and as your girlfriend, she should respect that.
